Delivery area

We deliver to Germany and all member states of the European Union.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs for your delivery address are calculated and shown in the cart and at checkout before you complete your order. You always see the final total, including shipping, before you pay.

Delivery time

The estimated delivery time for your address is shown at checkout. If the delivery period starts on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it begins on the next business day.

Order tracking

As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Partial deliveries

Orders with several items may be delivered in separate parcels. You will not be charged any additional shipping costs for this.

Customs

For deliveries within the EU, no customs duties apply. All prices include statutory VAT.

Transport damage

If goods arrive with obvious transport damage, please report this to the delivery driver as soon as possible and contact us at info@nvtssolutions.de. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
